Life on Earth

Today the human life is based only on the Earth. But for how long? The Earth, and the life on it, will face major disasters and challenges in the time to come.

The human life is threatened

Some of the disasters will not threaten the human life on the Earth, while some of them will! The worst disasters can make the Earth to a place where no human can live, and where most of the life as we know it today will disappear. In the end the Earth will be burnt up by the Sun when it starts to expand in the far future.

Different challenges

We will try to give a brief survey of the challenges the humans will face on the Earth. The challenges/disasters are divided into 2 groups; some that to some extent may be influenced by the humans, while the others will happen out of control for the humans.

* Epidemics
* Other human caused accidents

* Volcanoes and earthquakes
* Meteoroids
* Sun expansion
* Universe expansion or contraction
